Been A While

It has been months since I last posted to this blog. Some things have
changed; most are the same. Rhianna survived Kindergarten and has
since begun First Grade. Rhilee has had her first day of Preschool.

Summer break wasn't even that bad. The girls & I spent 3 weeks in
Florida at my Mom's. We had a good time. Each girl had a special day
with their Aunt Lynn & their Grandparents. I even had special time
with JMan and Niki. We were there for Niki and JMan's birthdays (11 &
16, respectively).

Hannah Montana

I am sitting in the movie theater with Rhianna waiting for the Hannah
Montana/Miley Cyrus 3D movie to start. I took Rhi out of school 10
minutes early so we could get decent seats to the 1530 showing. This
is my first foray into childhood idolotry. Should be fun!

Elmo Cupcakes

I had my first paying cake decorating job today. I did elmo out of
cupcakes for Zach Servello. For his 2nd b'day.

THERAPUTIC LISTENING

Rhianna began TL today. She lasted 30 minutes during her 1st session
with Mrs. Beth. Rhi keeps asking for her "music." I take that as a
good sign.

Before Christmas

Last week was really rough with the oldest. She got 2 x's on her paws at school and was awful at PT. I'm tired of having to go back with her at PT because her Therapist is a wuss and can't handle a 5 year old. Even at OT on Thursday she wasn't great. I think it is a combination of it getting colder so she can't play outside as much and so in turn she's not expending as much energy as she needs to.
